Share the details of your participation in the event (speaking, sponsoring, or attending) and include a call to action at the end of the post like "Join me at #HLTHUSA!" with a link to www.hlth.com/2024event
Use of an image or create a video of your team's excitement leading up to the event is highly recommended for increased engagement and views, and for pre-booking meetings.
Tag any fellow speakers on your panel or people on your team that are attending the event with you.
Keep your text short and simple, and use relevant emojis to help articulate your message.
Always tag HLTH when posting to LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and X.

Create a paid social media campaign and target certain key audiences to know you are going to be at the show. You can remarket to that audience in the future with additional content.
