Inclusivity and Respect: Balancing Free Speech with Respectful Engagement
At HLTH, we champion diversity and inclusivity, recognizing the strength and vibrancy they bring to our community. In fostering an environment where many voices and perspectives can thrive, we firmly believe in upholding the right to free speech. This principle is foundational, allowing for the exchange of diverse and innovative ideas that drive our industry forward.
However, we emphasize that the right to free speech comes with the responsibility to engage respectfully and constructively. We expect all participants—attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and staff—to honor this balance and contribute to a harassment-free experience for everyone. We respect the diversity of people and ideas. All discourse is rooted in respect and consideration for others
By advocating for free speech within these parameters, HLTH aims to cultivate a rich tapestry of dialogue and collaboration that respects individual differences and fosters mutual understanding. It's through this balanced approach that we can achieve a truly inclusive and respectful community, where all voices are heard and valued.
Continuous Improvement
This code of conduct is a living document, subject to revisions and improvements. We welcome feedback from our community to enhance our policies and practices, ensuring HLTH remains a leading example of respect, professionalism, and inclusivity in the industry.
Together, We Thrive
HLTH believes in the collective power of our community to foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment. Let's work together to ensure our events and platforms remain welcoming and inclusive spaces for learning, networking, and collaboration.
Zero Tolerance Policy
HLTH enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment, including stalking, intimidation, offensive comments, physical assault, threats, non-consensual photography or recording, sustained disruption of events, bathroom policing, inappropriate contact, unwelcome attention, sexually explicit behavior or signage, and hate symbols or language. This policy applies to everyone involved in any capacity at our events.
