Ochsner&#39;s Digital Medicine program provides one-on-one, personalized care to manage an employee’s high blood pressure or Type 2 diabetes without having to make multiple trips to the doctor. Real-time data is shared with the employee’s personal care team, who monitors their readings and results to help make treatment decisions. The inclusion of a clinician to manage medications allows for true management of the member’s condition rather than simply monitoring.
