Stephen Klasko: Hello, my name is Steve Klasko. I'm the President of Thomas Jefferson University and CEO of Jefferson Health and I am thrilled to talk about our partnership with NeuroFlow and how it really really sort of helps us articulate what was a goal of mine and vision of mine for the last seven or eight years on behalf of Jefferson that we would be a large health system and we're now the largest health system in Philadelphia but that's thinking around healthcare at any address. And just like we don't necessarily talk about telebanking, at Jefferson we don't talk about telehealth. We talk about how can we get care out to where people are how can we democratize behavioral health care?
Chris Molaro: We believe that mental health is health we know that the mental health aspect affects your physical health and those outcomes yet far too many times those issues go unidentified or untreated yet we know that there's a ton of evidence-based modules and protocols out there that have been researched decade over decade and have been shown to improve outcomes. The question is how can we bridge that gap and that's where technology can come into play and where NeuroFlow has invested a lot into automating a lot of the workflow so that providers can do what they do best which is treat the patient and we're really excited to be partnered with Jefferson on this. So we've collaborated with them back and forth over the last 18 months to drive better patient engagement and provide our adoption and speaking to the element of behavioral health is everywhere behavioral health is health, we've expanded in just short 12 months to 34 their primary care clinics we're expanding to their addiction centers to their psychiatry clinics moving into oncology practices and across the continuum of care.
Stephen Klasko: The other thing that's been really key to our success has been finding the right companies that we can actually look at beyond the traditional vendor/vendee relationship and actually create a strategic partnership where we feel invested in their mission, in this case their mission to improve behavioral health and make it easier for folks to access that and they are bought into our mission which is we improve lives and together even in the early stages of our partnership we've been able to really really prove that concept. The other piece that really really the NeuroFlow/Jefferson model hits is our passion for creating a personalized and customized experience for our patients. NeuroFlow allows us to create a better and more personalized patient health experience and reduce the clinical burden for our providers which is another goal because certainly post pandemic and over the last couple years the burden on our providers has been significant. And then finally everybody talks about data, we need more data. Well I would argue we don't need more data, we just need more good data and more smart data and what the NeuroFlow/Jefferson partnership has allowed us to do is really take our data and really make it actionable in a clinical setting.
John Lauriello: NeuroFlow allows the enrollee to provide ongoing data to the clinician as well as helpful real-time tools for dealing with anxiety and depressive periods. We have worked with NeuroFlow to integrate these assessments into our electronic medical record making data retrieval very easy. NeuroFlow is now available throughout our health system and we're anticipating this will greatly improve our care especially with challenges like Covid-19 and the pandemic. Behavioral health has moved to the forefront. It's enabled us to grow with health systems around the country supporting over 300 000 people and we'd love to work with your health system to support both your providers and your patients into continual care. Thank you very much.
