HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
If you are a buyer:
Apply to be a Hosted Buyer
If accepted, complete your buyer profile
When the platform goes live, review participating companies and their solutions
Request and accept meetings at the times that work for you
Show up at your scheduled times and engage in high-value conversations
Take the minimum 8 meetings required and you’re good to go!
Feeling ambitious? Take 12 or more meetings and receive a $750 payment post-event towards travel costs
Access the Hosted Buyer Lounge during HLTH for meetings, coffee, light foods and quiet time
Buyer Cancellation Policy: If you become unable to participate in the program, you may cancel your registration without penalty before September 12, 2023 at 5pm ET. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to hostedbuyer@hlth.com. Any Hosted Buyer canceling after this deadline, or failing to show for a scheduled meeting, will not be permitted to participate in this program in future events.

WHAT HAPPENS BEHIND THE SCENES?
HLTH’s matchmaking platform focuses on balancing B2B networking exposure with relevant, high-quality curated meetings.
AI Technology
The platform uses AI technology to offer a personalized event experience by enabling participants to choose whom they wish to meet
Double Opt-In
Meetings are only scheduled when both parties mutually agree to the meeting. Participants send and accept meeting requests within the matchmaking platform. We don’t engage in one sided conversations!
Exclusive Access
Approximately 3 weeks before the event, participants will gain exclusive access to the Hosted Buyer Platform to view participating sponsors and buyers
Finalize Schedule
Participants will finalize their schedule in advance with mutually agreed-upon meetings

Sunday: 2pm-4pm
Monday and Tuesday:
8:20am-1pm and 2pm-4pm PDT*
