The virtual Hosted Buyer Program is a curated marketplace of health buyers and solution providers designed to provide highly efficient connections for real business interactions, creating the highest-value return. The program is designed for key decision-makers who have the influence and budget looking for innovative health solutions that are driving improvements in the health ecosystem.

This year, the virtual program will be an expanded version of the incredibly successful matchmaking program - continuing to bring all the connections, innovation, and learning to our community of health buyers and solution providers. We will provide the same state of the art double opt-in networking, along with the ability to engage via a proprietary video conferencing tool within our online matchmaking platform. Maximize your time by having month's worth of meetings in 3 days at HLTH VRTL.

Once all 8 hosted buyer meetings are completed, buyers will have the choice of selecting a charitable donation to be made on their behalf to a designated charity or a year-long subscription to MasterClass.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and indicate availability to book your virtual 1:1 meetings, from 9am-9pm ET.


Participate in a minimum of (8) 15-minute virtual meetings with participating solution providers. All meetings are based on a double opt-in process.


We're creating an open environment to evaluate technologies and solutions while making connections in the health industry.


For Buyers

  • Responsible for buying and/or evaluating digital health technologies or solutions for your organization
  • Agree to take a minimum of eight (8), 15-minute 1:1 meetings with participating solution providers, which are based on a double opt-in process
  • Provide accurate information that allows HLTH to arrange mutually beneficial meetings
  • Actively engage in the online matchmaking portal to pre-schedule meetings of interest in advance of the event
  • Attend all scheduled meetings via video conferencing tool
  • Provide post-event feedback on each meeting

For Solution Providers

  • Designate a Primary Rep(s) to manage the matchmaking portal, complete shared company profile and request buyers to meet with
  • Prepare in advance for scheduled 1:1 meetings to customize your value proposition
  • Provide accurate information to complete your matchmaking profile, allowing buyers to better understand your organization
  • Attend all scheduled meetings via video conferencing tool
  • Provide post-event feedback on each meeting

Cancellation policy: If you become unable to participate in the program, you may cancel without penalty before September 8th, 2020. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to Any Hosted Buyer canceling after this deadline, or failing to show for a scheduled meeting, will not be permitted to participate in this program in future events.
