The Hosted Buyer Program is a curated marketplace of health buyers and solution providers designed to provide highly efficient facetime for real business interactions, creating the highest-value return. The program is designed for key decision-makers who have the influence and budget looking for innovative health solutions that are driving improvements in the health ecosystem.

The Hosted Buyer Program will take place Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during the event.


Eight, 15-minute meetings with participating solution providers. Meeting schedules are sent out a week before the event.


We’re creating an open environment to evaluate technologies and solutions while making connections in the health industry.


For Buyers

  • Responsible for buying and/or evaluating digital health technologies or solutions for your organization
  • Agree to take a minimum of eight (8), 15-minute 1:1 meetings with participating solution providers, which are based on a double opt-in process
  • Provide accurate information that allows HLTH to arrange mutually beneficial meetings
  • Actively engage in the matchmaking portal to pre-schedule meetings of interest in advance of the event
  • Attend all scheduled meetings
  • Provide post-event feedback on each meeting

For Solution Providers

  • Designate a Primary Rep to manage the matchmaking portal, complete shared company profile and request buyers to meet with
  • Prepare in advance for scheduled 1:1 meetings to customize your value proposition
  • Provide accurate information to complete your matchmaking profile, allowing buyers to better understand your organization
  • Provide post-event feedback on each meeting

Cancellation policy: If you become unable to participate in the program, you may cancel without penalty before September 8th, 2020. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to After this deadline, if you cancel your registration and are not able to provide a substitute approved by us, you will be prevented from qualifying for the program in future years.
