Kelley Elliott, Vice President of Total Rewards at Delta, leads a team of HR professionals responsible for worldwide compensation, retirement, healthcare and mobility programs at Delta Air Lines. Kelley joined Delta in 2018 with responsibility for global compensation and retirement programs and has since expanded her role to include healthcare benefits for Delta’s 80,000 global employees. She is currently leading an effort to transform Delta’s U.S. healthcare benefits.
Prior to joining Delta, Kelley held a similar total rewards leadership position at UPS and consulted with Willis Towers Watson for 15+
