How to Be an Exceptional Partner: Cross-Sector Collaborations for Health Equity

Health equity partnerships between health systems and community-based organizations are increasingly common. But historical silos as well as differences in organizational structures, operational and technological approaches can get in the way of shared goals. Join an open and inquiring discussion between our panel of leaders about why ensuring the delivery of equitable care means reaching beyond the four walls of the hospital, how they each define an exceptional cross collaboration, what they’ve learned about working across sectors, and common missteps. This will be a give-and-take discussion with panelists learning from one another as well as sharing their own experiences. Our panelists represent a healthcare services and consulting firm, a large health system, a health consortium serving a diverse, rural population, and a community alliance focused on health and environmental justice. Bring your questions for this all-star panel!
