Burnout alone is detrimental to the overall health and well-being of our caregivers. Now this already dire situation has been compounded by a global health pandemic bringing on forced shelter-at-home orders, stringent health guidelines, increased anxiety, and overall uncertainty of what the next 6,12, and even 18 months have in store. How can caregivers cope with caring for themselves while ensuring the health and safety of their cared-for? 


The significant levels of emotional and physical stress caregivers are under can lead to increased mental health issues, higher risk of developing chronic conditions, and poorer care overall for their patients and/or loved ones.
