BodiMetrics extends healthcare to consumers and patients anytime, anywhere with an emphasis on underserved or geographically challenged communities. This effort addresses health inequality that has existed in pulse oximetry for over 40 years in which people of color have been misdiagnosed for pulmonary and viral diseases. This fact, although known by the medical community and FDA, only saw the light of day during the COVID-19 health crisis and publishing of multiple institutional studies.
