Founded by two, black, immigrant physicians who trained at Hopkins and Harvard, Welfie is a health equity platform delivering health education and access to care to Medicaid families and communities of color, in partnership with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and K-12 School Districts. Welfie has delivered health education and care coordination to over 11,000 kids/families with a focus on COVID-19, Mental Health and Heart Health.
