The Duality Companies, Inc. created its flagship application called Duality which is a Medical Charting and Clinical Decision Support Tool which integrates with widely used EMRs (e.g., athenahealth). Based on patient interactions with a patient-sided portal Duality is able to predict the Physical Exam, Diagnoses, and Treatment plans, and completes these fields, as well as the patient's History and Review of System fields with comprehensive narratives designed to decrease insurance denials.
