Dyad has built a semantic interoperability for healthcare data. We use pretrained NLP models to map unstructured data to a vast clinical knowledge graph, and having standardized and contextualized the data in this way, power applications for both payers and providers. Example applications platform applications include next generation risk adjustment, population health management, auto-coding, care gap identification and SDOH enrichment.
