Carenostics is an AI startup with the goal of addressing the underdiagnosis, undertreatment, and health inequities of chronic conditions through ML and AI on EHR data. We are currently deploying our clinical decision support tool for chronic kidney disease (CKD) detection at Hackensack Meridian Health, the largest health system in NJ with 6M+ patients. To date, we have received grant funding from the NSF and VA, and have been selected from 100s of applicants as Bayer's partner for CKD detection.
