Having worked as an ICU nurse in the past, Will Patterson founded CareRev in 2015 with the mission to help healthcare facilities and professionals more effectively meet patient demands. Today, CareRev is transforming the workforce by giving healthcare systems a flexible and cost-effective staffing model that empowers healthcare professionals to take control of their careers. Will is a proud alumnus of Duke University and lives with his wife and twin boys in Los Angeles, CA.
