Exhibitor Spaces
Booth
Booths are located on the show floor on Level 2 of The Venetian Expo & Convention Center.
Space only
Included:
Each 10' x 20' space only booth will be set with 8' high back wall and 4’ high side walls with white PVC panels and aluminum framework, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) 48"W x 18"H one-line identification sign.
Booths 20x20 and larger are Island spaces and will not have any walls.
Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection.
Not Included:
Furniture, graphics, carpeting - may be ordered through Freeman
A/V – may be ordered through Clarity Experiences
F&B and Electrical - may be ordered through The Venetian. No outside food and beverage is allowed, The Venetian is the exclusive F&B provider.
Turnkey
Included:
Each space comes with a prebuilt booth which includes furniture, carpet, monitor, and AV. (Specific booths have options which could be found in the Exhibitor Kit). Please work directly with Freeman on selecting the booth and submitting your graphics.

Standard power (5mp), qty varies based on the turnkey size.
Not Included:
F&B - No outside food and beverage is allowed. Catering must be provided and/or ordered through The Venetian. The Venetian is the exclusive F&B provider.

Display Guidelines:
Any items placed on your booth must fit within the space provided. Exhibitor guidelines can be found here.
Insurance & EAC Requirements:
HLTH is covering every exhibitor with liability insurance that meets our requirements. This only applies to the sponsor exhibitor contracted directly through HLTH.
For any EAC hired outside of the provided contractor, they will need to submit their own insurance based on the guidelines provided. The EAC Form is due on Friday, October 21, 2022. You can find more information here.

Sponsor artwork must be submitted to Freeman no later than Friday, October 7, 2022.

Please see the Sponsor Task List for artwork dimensions, templates and instructions on how to submit your graphics.
Rules & Regulations:
Exhibitors and Sponsors must abide by all rules and regulations.
A/V and other services may be ordered online through the Exhibitor Kit.
Please view the guidelines for submitting your graphics to Freeman.
HLTH is not responsible for poor quality image print if the above requirements are not met.
Files submitted after the deadline may be subject to additional charges.
