Without Ribbon, this information is surprisingly hard to find, and if you do find it after significant time, it’s probably inaccurate. Over 50% of doctors have incorrect phone and address information listed, even on your insurance company’s website. It’s frustrating, wastes time, and keeps people from getting the care they need. To fix this problem, we work with health plans, providers, and digital health companies where we deliver core infrastructure so they can focus on delivering care. Our API seamlessly plugs in to power workflows like consumer-directed search (&quot;find a provider&quot; or &quot;find a health plan&quot;), employee care navigation, referral management, and provider data management.
