Health Note auto documents medical notes. We capture symptoms, medication, demographics, and signatures from our chatbot. We ask questions providers would ask, use algorithms to create a usable note and sync data to the EHR. We&#39;re frictionless for patients. No app to download, no patient portal to sign into. We use FHIR, HL7 and APIs to enter information we gather into the EHR accurately and into the required structured data fields. Providers and other care team members save time on every visit. 

Workflow begins at patient scheduling. We auto-send a secure individualized SMS link based on appointment triggers. Meanwhile, physician notes are auto-written using medical terminology. When providers open a patient&#39;s chart, they find that 80%+ charting is complete. Healthcare providers can confirm information rather than wasting time gathering data during a consultation. Overall, both the patient and provider&#39;s experience is significantly improved.
